Last updated: June 2026. These terms govern the use of our services and digital bundle products.
Trenoxa Filebatch Ltd (“we”, “the Company”) provides digital bundle products and custom digital material assembly services. Our services include pre-built digital bundles available for immediate download, custom bundle assembly to client specification, material sourcing and set optimization services.
By placing an order or submitting a service request, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, do not place an order or submit a request.
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Pre-built bundles are priced as displayed at the time of purchase. Custom service pricing is confirmed in writing before any work begins.
Payment is required in full before delivery of any digital bundle or service output. For custom assembly services, payment terms are confirmed at the time of scope agreement. No work commences until payment is received or a written payment agreement is in place.
Pre-built bundles are delivered via secure download link following confirmed payment. Custom bundles are delivered within the timeline agreed in the written scope confirmation. Delivery is via compressed archive download link sent to the email address provided at the time of order.
Download links are active for 14 days from the date of delivery. It is the responsibility of the client to download and store the bundle within this period. We do not guarantee permanent access to delivered files after the link expiry date.
All digital bundle contents are provided under a single-entity commercial use licence unless otherwise stated. You may use the materials for personal and commercial projects, including client work. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or repackage the bundle contents as standalone products.
Custom assembly work product is delivered to the client as a commissioned set. The materials are provided for the client’s own use in accordance with the licence terms applicable to each individual file included in the bundle.
We provide all digital bundles in good faith and verify format compatibility before delivery. However, we are not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use the delivered materials, including but not limited to software incompatibility, data loss or project delays.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. Claims must be raised within 14 days of delivery.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
